Uncommon Munch Return Policy
At Uncommon Munch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you a full month to return items from the date you receive them.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase!
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at support@uncommonmunch.com. Once we accept your return, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We want to resolve any issues as quickly as possible!
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please reach out to us.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be informed if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns should be sent to the address provided in the return instructions after your return request has been approved.
